  • Mr Sébastien ROUGET, chief confectioner, journeyman (touring France after his apprenticeship), has worked in many large French and German towns, Croque en Bouche International Contest finalist (Paris, 2006) ;

  • Mr Jean-Philippe RAMBAUD, Winner of the 2003 Cointreau International Contest, Winner of the Grand Marnier-Arpageon 2004 Inernational Contest, selected for 2007 final exam of Meilleur Ouvrier de France ;

  • Mr Adam KONIECZNY, skilled baker ;

  • Mrs Véronique WATTRELOT, senior partner and shop manager ;
